I saw the return of the AE86 in that RS200, but they never sold that over here. Bombed around in an IS300 and it's fairly nimble and straight forward. The big thing that bothers me about new cars is the fact that there is no options anymore. Nothing is optional, can't customize your ride from factory, and by that I mean.....everything is standard. There's no crank windows, radio delete panels, hand adjustable seats, non-tilt columns etc.

That's right, it's a Toyota, now what? What is it. :D Best guess gets special DQ props.  More, guess that car.

Daihatsu is a pretty over looked company. I bet a majority of you reading this post have heard the name in passing but honestly can't think of a model name to go with it. Interestingly enough it is a Japanese company, many think it's Koren or Chinese. There's few people rushing out to their local importer to pick up a Daihatsu Leeza Spider or Charade, and fewer people know that the Daihatsu actually sold cars in North America from '88 until quitting sales here in '92.  As sad as that sounds it's not as lame of a duck as people think....

I picked this information pamphlet up in Japan last year while visiting Mega Web The Crown Comfort is a model found all over Japan and used almost exclusively as taxi cabs. Thought some folks would enjoy the pics and information. Enjoy Read the article
